THE EXPERIENCE OF CONSIDERING THE GAS CAP INFLUENCE IN STRUCTURAL INTERPRETATION IN CONDITIONS OF LIMITED INPUT DATA

One of the factors of uncertainty in the estimation of structure is the influence of massive gas deposits in the upper part of the section, which affects the dynamic parameters of the field, and on its kinematics, i.e. two-way-time. In the absence of a detailed velocity model, considering the influence of gas-saturated interval, estimation of this factor is difficult and can lead to errors in determining the structure of the target horizons. The article describes the approach of compensation of the gas deposit influence on two-way-time in a limited amount of input data.......

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF SPECTRAL INVERSION METHODS ON THE MODEL DATA

The article describes different methods of spectral decomposition on model seismic traces. The main methods are considered: windowed Fourier transform, continuous wavelet transform and algorithms of spectral inversion. /4s a result of performed study it was shown that spectral inversion methods based on the solution of the problem of approximation of an input alignment a library of wavelets with the help of Lp-regularization, provide a much more accurate spectral representation of the signal.......
