POSSIBILITIES OF THE SEISMIC MIGRATION OPERATOR IN THE PROBLEM OF SEPARATION OF THE REFLECTED AND DIFFRACTED WAVEFIELDS

The wavefield acquired during seismic survey contains both the reflected and scattered waves. A true amplitude depth image of the medium can be obtained from each of these components. However, this requires application of different operators. Particularly, the Kirchhoff migration operator, which restores the reflection coefficient of the target depth reflectors, will distort the image of the diffractors. Wavefield separation should be done before imaging. Then the true amplitude depth image can be built separately for each component, and the imaging operators will be different.......

THE PREDICTION OF SALINIZATION LOWER VENDIAN TERRIGENOUS RESERVOIR ROCKS OF NEPSKO-BOTUOBINSKAYA ANTECLISE

A generalization of the results of lithological studies of core material for several oil and gas condensate fields of the Nepsko- Botuobinskaya anteclise. It is established that the main factor for the formation of filtration-capacitive properties of terrigenous reservoir rocks is the intensity and direction of secondary processes. Several forms of formation of halite crystals are noted, which can both worsen and improve the filtration properties of collectors. The method of determining salinization according to GIS data is described and the results of the influence of secondary processes on the distribution of the filtration properties of rocks over the area are shown.......

ATTRIBUTE MIGRATION FOR THE CREATION OF AZIMUTH ANGLE DOMAIN IMAGING

The paper describes a method for obtaining widely demanded azimuth and angle domain imaging of seismograms of the common image point, obtaining stable estimates of the kinematic parameters of wave fields. The method includes multi-dimensional correlation of the wave fields resulting from migration using weighted migration operators, to retrieve geometrical characteristics fronts of the reflected waves. We describe a modeling technique to verify the results of the algorithms. The research is carried out by Seismotech, Ltd under the grant support of Skolkovo Foundation.......

GEOSTATISTICAL ALGORITHM FOR WELL LOG DATA FILTERING IN THE STRUCTURAL MAPPING

For estimate resource base of the studied reservoir, the paper presents a method of optimal declustering of well data for fields with a relatively high degree of drilling. Using of the whole set of available information collected on the irregular grid, in some cases, gives a displaced estimate for the structural constructions controlled by seismic data. Geostatistical modeling of deposits using a declustered list of wells allows you can obtain the model of the interest object does not distort the seismic information using the geometrization natural reservoir of oil on the basis of the analysis of the data. The authors suggest using seismic data to control wells data, and using wells data, to reduce inaccuracies of seismic information.......

APPLICATION OF PRO (PARAMETRIC EXPANSION OF REFLECTIONS) MIGRATION TECHNOLOGY IN 2D SEISMIC PROCESSING FOR IMAGING IN COMPLEX TECTONIC CONDITIONS

This work shows experience of using PRO migration (Parametric expansion of reflections). Based on the PRO approach, migration implements a depth transformation using the average velocity model of the environment. The results obtained for real data i.e. seismic time sections, sections of seismic energy, migration velocities and PRO interval velocities allow to distinguish some classes of models of environments for which this tool works most effectively: environments with complex tectonics, with high changes of velocities.......
