INTEGRATED INTERPRETATION OF GEOLOGICAL AND GEOPHYSICAL DATA IN THE STUDYOF UPPER JURASSIC CARBONATE SEDIMENTS IN THE AREAS OF THE MIDDLE CASPIAN OIL AND GAS BASIN

The article is devoted to the study of the complexity of the structure of the Titonian carbonate sediments in the central part of the Middle Caspian oil and province, which is due to the presence of numerous surfaces of erosion and stratigraphic disagreement, a strong differentiation of sediments by lateral lithological composition and, as a result, the difference in reservoir properties. For these sediments, tracking target horizons without a conceptual geological model that is confident and consistent with actual data is extremely difficult. According to the results of complex interpretation of 3D seismic data, FMI micro-image, logging and core material, the authors of the article managed to build a consistent seismic-geological model of productive strata and identify reservoir distribution areas with improved reservoir properties.......

REFRACTION BOUNDARIES ON THE UPPER EARTH’S CRUST ON SOUTHERN PART OF REFERENCE GEOPHYSICAL TRAVERSE 3-DV

Digital processing of CDP data are registered on Southern part of 3-DV traverse is made by applying of dynamic conversion of head waves technique. Refracted waves time sections of the upper Earth’s crust through some tectonic structures of conjuction zone of Central-Asian folded belt and Siberian plate are constructed. New technique of refraction control is proposed. Technique is based on analysis of dynamic properties differences of initial seismograms and seismograms are result from applying of dynamic conversion method. This has made it possible to identify strong refraction on the upper Earth’s crust on Stanovaya fold area and on Aldanian shield (consequently, refraction coefficients are 0,15 km-1 and 0,23 km-1). Also, refraction is not recognized on the upper Earth’s crust on Chulmanskaya coal deep. It is proved that flat-lying refraction boundaries on folded areas are correspond to seismic boundaries of the 2nd kind (boundaries of sudden change of gradient of seismic waves velocity). Seismic section which is covering depth intervalthof 0-2 km was constructed over the total length of Southern part of traverse 3-DV. Upper Ear ,s crust on Chulmanskaya deep ischaracterized by two refrsaction horizons (crystalline basement and boundary on sedimentary cover). One refraction horizon is marked on fold environment of Chulmanskaya deep.......

The wavefield acquired during seismic survey contains both the reflected and scattered waves. A true amplitude depth image of the medium can be obtained from each of these components. However, this requires application of different operators. Particularly, the Kirchhoff migration operator, which restores the reflection coefficient of the target depth reflectors, will distort the image of the diffractors. Wavefield separation should be done before imaging. Then the true amplitude depth image can be built separately for each component, and the imaging operators will be different.......

A generalization of the results of lithological studies of core material for several oil and gas condensate fields of the Nepsko- Botuobinskaya anteclise. It is established that the main factor for the formation of filtration-capacitive properties of terrigenous reservoir rocks is the intensity and direction of secondary processes. Several forms of formation of halite crystals are noted, which can both worsen and improve the filtration properties of collectors. The method of determining salinization according to GIS data is described and the results of the influence of secondary processes on the distribution of the filtration properties of rocks over the area are shown.......
