THE RESULTS OF SEISMIC MODELING, OBTAINED FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELS OF FRACTURED MEDIA

Modern software tools for processing and interpretation of seismic data allow to perform anisotropy of the wave field. Often the anisotropy (for example, wave velocities or reflection amplitudes) is associated with the presence of equally fractures in the medium. It is interesting to obtain the wave response of the synthetic models with the defined parameters of the fractures. The article provides an example of building models of fractured medium, describes the method of calculating the wave field, the analysis of the distribution of the amplitudes of the reflected waves. The results allow us to understand how a particular distribution of fractures in the medium affects the wave field, and can also be used to verify data processing algorithms.......
